1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing services from PyreBrand Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Billing
PyreBrand Designs provides custom web design and the PyreBrand Automation System (SaaS).
One-Time Builds: Custom web design projects are billed as outlined in your specific agreement.
Subscriptions: The PyreBrand Automation System is billed on a monthly recurring basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription and setup fees.
Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly automation subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Communications & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting our web forms, you consent to receive SMS communications, including automated marketing and support texts. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients utilizing the PyreBrand Automation System are responsible for ensuring their own use of the system complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including obtaining proper consent before sending text messages or emails to their own leads.
5. Limitation of Liability
PyreBrand Designs, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, websites, or automation platforms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. PyreBrand Designs and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California, specifically within Santa Barbara County, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
